Wire Cut service
Wire Cut is a process for cutting and removing conductive metals that is performed with the Wire Cut CNC machine. Cutting in wiring machines is done by a thin wire of 0.25 mm in diameter and the thermo electric energy melts through the spark between the wire and the work piece; in this process they use dielectric fluid for washing and cooling the cutting wire. The advantages of this method are also the micron cutting and non-contact between the wire and the work piece, which reduces machine error and high precision in production.
Rahafen Industrial Group is active in providing Wire Cut services and manufacturing plastic injection molding, die casting and matrix punching. The workshop uses a variety of Swiss Sharmiles five-blades to cut all types of metals such as copper, phosphor, brass, aluminum, steel, hardened steel, tungsten carbide and all conductive metals with varying hardness.
This unit provides precise and fast CNC wiring services (up to 400 mm high) with skilled and efficient personnel and 4 Swiss-made Wire Cut (Robofile Charmilles Technologies) listed below.
